James Richardson

James Richardson currently serves as the Managing Director for Risk, Resilience, and Information Security at Proman, focusing on the development and implementation of the company's Information Security Strategy, along with his responsibilities in risk management. Previously, James held significant roles at The Weir Group PLC as Group Head of Security and as Safety, Health, and Environment Strategy Leader. James's extensive experience includes a notable career in the UK Ministry of Defence, where James served in critical positions such as Chief of Staff for Operations and Strategic Operations Manager, contributing to national security and military operations. His educational background includes an MBA from Cranfield University and a BSc from The University of Manchester, complemented by leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
