Timothy Cornelius

Timothy Cornelius is an experienced executive in corporate development and energy sectors, currently serving as Managing Director of Corporate Development at Proman AG and Head of Corporate Development for Europe at Proman. Since February 2021, Timothy has also held the position of Director at Le Poinçon Company. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Executive Officer at Global Energy Group and SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited, and senior advisory roles at SIMEC Atlantis Energy. Timothy has demonstrated leadership in various capacities, including Chairman of the Board at MeyGen Limited and directorial roles with Ocean Energy Europe, while also contributing to the field as a Senior Submersible Engineer at Subsea 7. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Bond University and a BSc from Flinders University.
