Avital Fadida

Avital Fadida has a diverse range of work experience. Avital is currently working as the VP of Business Development at Promarket since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held multiple positions at Promarket, including VP of Client Management & VM Management from 2009 to 2022, where they managed the company's biggest client and acted as the VM manager for NIKE in Israel. Avital also served as a Business Unit Manager from 2009 to 2014, overseeing P&G experiential activity in Israel and managing a team of 12 members.

Before joining Promarket, Avital worked as the BTL Department Manager at Migzarim IMC from 2005 to 2009. Avital also worked as an Independent Contractor, specializing in Talent Management, from 2001 to 2005. Avital'searliest work experience was as the Manager & Establisher at Giraffe Restaurant from 1999 to 2001.

Avital Fadida obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotels and Tourism from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which was completed between 1994 and 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution from 1997 to 1999.
