Kea Anderson is a project engineer with a strong background in the medical devices field, currently serving as Project Engineer II at ProMed Molded Products since August 2019. In this role, Kea leads project management efforts for various polymer combination products, including drug-eluting implants for ocular and women's health applications, while overseeing customer interactions, cross-functional teams, and vendor collaborations for product development from feasibility to clinical trials. Prior experience includes roles as New Product Development Engineer, Project Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer Support, along with a research assistantship at the University of Minnesota, where Kea investigated molecular mechanisms of cell-surface receptors and demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in experimental processes. Kea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2019.
