Jim Keller

Jim Keller is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in unified communications and IT systems management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Telecommunications Systems at ProMedica since October 2011, Jim has developed enterprise strategies and roadmaps for unified communications, collaborated with teams and vendors for service stability, and led staff training and performance evaluations. Jim's expertise includes architecture, integration, and deployment of Cisco and Nortel/Avaya products, as well as proficiency in integrated applications such as Microsoft Exchange and Teams. Prior roles include Senior Unified Communications Engineer at Voice Data Systems and Telecommunications Engineer at The Williams Companies, with an educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Owens Community College.
