Josh Kessler

Josh Kessler has over 17 years of experience in IT management, currently serving as the Manager of Metro Region IT Desktop at ProMedica since July 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing Desktop Support teams across seven hospitals in Northwest Ohio, managing daily IT operations, and executing major IT projects. Notably, Josh successfully led the hardware planning and implementation for ProMedica's largest Epic go-live event. Previous roles include Supervisor and IT Analyst - Team Lead, with achievements in hardware management and software integration. Prior to ProMedica, Josh held positions as a Network Analyst at Bay Park Community Hospital and as an intern at ProMedica. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo, completed in 2005.
