Rachel Broshious

Rachel Broshious, J.D., CHC, currently serves as the Director of Compliance Shared Services at ProMedica, a position held since October 2014. In this role, Rachel leads a team of compliance auditors and analysts, manages the compliance audit process, conducts high-stakes investigations, and develops compliance risk assessment processes. Prior to this, Rachel was the Senior Regional Compliance Officer and Regional Compliance Officer at ProMedica, overseeing various hospitals and health networks while providing regulatory guidance and conducting compliance education. Rachel's experience in compliance and legal services includes roles at YB Management, LLC, and Blanchard Valley Health System, alongside a legal internship and law clerk position, contributing to a comprehensive background in healthcare compliance and law. Rachel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Ohio Northern University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health/Health Care Administration from The University of Findlay.
