Todd Icsman

Todd Icsman is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and storage management. Currently serving as a Senior Storage Engineer III at ProMedica since January 2014, Todd oversees the design, deployment, and administration of backup and recovery systems across six datacenters for a prominent medical network. Prior roles include Systems Engineer at Intech IT Solutions, providing IT support to various industries, and as an Instructor for Microsoft and CompTIA courses at Terra Community College. Todd also has experience as a Server Administrator at Memorial Hospital, managing Microsoft Active Directory domains and Citrix environments. Todd holds an Associate of Technical Study in Computers/Networking from Terra State Community College and has additional education from Stautzenberger College and Firelands College of BGSU.
