Darbie Miller

Darbie Miller, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in training and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Training & Organizational Development at Promega Corporation, Darbie has also held roles such as Director of Human Resources Organizational Development and Senior Human Resources Generalist at the same company. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Promega BioSystems and Terso Solutions, as well as an HR Generalist role at Virchow Krause. Darbie is also involved in leadership at Woods Hollow Children's Center as Vice President of the Board of Directors. Darbie holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University and has a certification from the Society of Human Resource Management obtained in 2011.
