Katja Ahokas 🦊🧾

Katja Ahokas currently serves as the CEO of Kettu Kuittaa Oy, a position held since November 2022, focusing on assisting committed companies in identifying and addressing factors that lead to employee turnover. Prior to this role, Katja has extensive experience in sales management, currently holding the position of Sales Manager for Finland and Estonia at Promega since April 2015, where responsibilities include aligning customer needs with offerings to facilitate scientific discoveries. Previous roles include Area Manager at Sartorius from April 2009 to April 2015, where Katja managed sales of laboratory products, and Biochemist at City-Lab from April 2005 to April 2009, concentrating on the promotion of laboratory reagents. Early in the career, Katja worked as a Research Scientist at Helsinki University Central Hospital in dermatology from June 2000 to November 2005 and completed a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Helsinki, where foundational research was conducted from 2000 to 2005. Educational background includes a Bacchalaureate from Pohjois-Haagan yhteiskoulu from 1987 to 1992.
