Michael Lisek

Michael Lisek is a Segment Marketing Manager at Promega Corporation since April 2022, previously serving as Project Manager in Environmental Microbiomics at Zymo Research Corp from July 2019 to April 2022. At Zymo Research, Michael developed environmental RNA/DNA kits, managed a team for the rapid deployment of SARS-CoV-2 detection, and tracked key performance indicators for environmental products. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Associate, where Michael improved nucleic acid purification methods from water and soil and contributed to metagenomic studies. Additional roles include Lab Research Assistant at UCLA Terasaki and Front Office Assistant at Sleepy Hollow Urgent Care. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from UCLA and an Associate's degree from Irvine Valley College, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of California, Irvine.
