Joshua Rivers has a long history of work experience in the sales and operations industry. Joshua began their career in 1997 as an Area Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they were accountable for the performance of 6 rental car locations in northwest Washington. In this role, they delivered outstanding performance in profitability, customer service, employee retention, and fleet growth. Joshua then moved on to become a Regional Corporate Account Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they pioneered the creation of a regional corporate accounts department from the ground up. In 2007, they joined The Regus Group as the Director of Sales and Operations, where they were accountable for the overall sales and margin performance of 33 business centers, General Managers and Area Sales Managers encompassing multiple markets with a 22 million dollar budget. In 2016, they started working at Grand Circle Corporation as the Regional Director (California), where they were accountable for sales, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and profit based performance for the state of California. Joshua currently works at Promenade Group as the Director of Sales and Director of Business Development and Partnerships. In this role, they focus on specific problem areas within each business sector.
