Victoria Smith

Victoria Smith is an accomplished Director of People Operations with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently at Promenade Group since October 2021, Victoria leads the design and implementation of a consolidated performance review system and internal talent acquisition strategies. Previously at dentsu Media, directed HR functions during the MuteSix acquisition, achieving a high talent retention rate. As Human Resources Director at BrightEdge, Victoria enhanced operational efficiency through the implementation of OKR methodology, while also increasing performance review completion rates. In earlier roles at EZ Texting and iRise, Victoria drove employee engagement initiatives, built talent acquisition teams, and reduced turnover through training and recognition programs. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Brandman University and a Professional Designation in Human Resources Management and Services from UCLA Extension.
