Pierre Pillet is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate finance. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at BRED since August 2014, Pierre specializes in the origination, structuring, and execution of financing for real estate investors and developers. Prior to this role, Pierre was the Head of the restructuring group at Credit Foncier from June 2011 to July 2014, overseeing the restructuring and workout department. Pierre also held the position of Associate Director at AIB between January 2005 and April 2011, focusing on real estate finance activities. Early career positions include Underwriter at GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Analyst at KBC Bank. Pierre's educational background includes a Mastère in Management Urbain Environnement et Services from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree with a major in civil engineering and construction from Centrale Lille.
