Rafael Esteve

Rafael Esteve has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rafael is currently working at BRED Banque Populaire as the Head of HRIS and HR Data Department since September 2022. Prior to this role, they were the HRIS Manager at the same company from May 2020 to September 2022. Before joining BRED Banque Populaire, Rafael worked at S&H as an HRIS Project Manager for various projects, including the deployment of a new Applicant Tracking System for a worldwide French insurance company and a French automotive supplier. Rafael also worked as a BAU/Support Leader for a French luxury company during their time at S&H. Before S&H, Rafael was a Research Associate at Mindfield, an executive search firm, for two years. Rafael also gained experience as a Recruitment and HR Development Officer at Lyonnaise des Eaux, where they were involved in the recruitment process, job description writing, candidate selection, and contract management. Rafael started their career with internships in Compensation and Benefits at Lyonnaise des Eaux and Accounting at GL events. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Manager for school spare time activities in Lyon.

Rafael Esteve completed their Master Grande Ecole in Ressources Humaines at EM Strasbourg Business School from 2008 to 2011. Rafael also pursued a Master's degree in Management at the University of Antwerp from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a Licence in Sciences economiques et gestion from Universitat de Barcelona in 2007-2008, and another Licence in Sciences economiques et gestion from Université Lumière Lyon 2 from 2004 to 2008.
