Kate Gray

Kate Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales operations. Currently serving as Senior Account Director at ProMerchant since September 2018, Kate manages and services current accounts, demonstrating strong lead generation skills through daily outbound and inbound outreach tracked via Salesforce. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure at Flagship Merchant Services, where Kate rose through multiple roles, ultimately becoming Product Specialist Manager, focusing on training and leadership in up-selling key products. At Flagship, Kate also served as Sales Operations Manager, overseeing over 75 employees and onboarding new staff, and achieved recognition as a top sales representative while managing accounts generating $1M in annual revenue.
