Eugenia Viti

Eugenia brings with her a broad range of experience to the Marketing and Ops worlds as Promet's Employee Experience Architect. Eugenia has seven years experience working in research, with her first job as research analyst at Spark Media after graduating from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In those seven years, she's honed her research abilities by working on consumer research (including third party, 1:1 interviews, and insights finding) for Fortune 500 companies as well as volunteering for a period at University of Chicago running participants through a behavioral experiment. More recently, Eugenia has been using those research skills to help the HR department with recruiting and HR efforts. Eugenia lives in Chicago, and when she's not working at Promet, she's making cartoons and comics.
