Andreas Biss

Andreas Biss has a wide range of experience in business development, solutions management, and product marketing. Andreas is currently working as the Director of Business Development at Promethean since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Solutions Management at Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH from November 2020 to May 2022. Before joining Sharp NEC, Andreas held the position of Manager of Business Development Solutions at NEC Display Solutions Europe GmbH from January 2016 to October 2020. Andreas also has experience at Sharp Electronics Europe as a Pan European Business Development Manager for Visual Solutions from April 2010 to December 2015, and as a Business Development Manager for LED Lighting Europe from September 2008 to March 2010. Andreas started their career at Sharp Microelectronics as a Product Marketing Manager for Europe from September 2004 to August 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Infineon Technologies as a Global Product Marketing Manager for a remarkable tenure from September 1987 to August 2004.

Andreas Biss obtained a Master of Business Administration and Engineering degree from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT) between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Technik Akademie der Siemens AG Berlin, where they studied Industrial mechanic machines and systems technology from 1987 to 1990.
