Paul has held various roles in prominent companies such as Promethean, StrategyFlow LLC, Agilysys, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Avanade, Microsoft, FDSI Consulting, Unidata Corp., and Accenture. Paul'sroles have included Head of Global IT, Principal, Vice President of Information Technology & SaaS Operations, Director of IT Business Applications & Services, Vice President of IT Hosting, Network & Information Security, Director of IT Solutions, Director of Product & Program Management, Group Program Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, IT Consultant, and Senior Consultant. By applying lean and agile practices, Paul has successfully boosted business value, productivity, and teamwork. Paul has managed technology infrastructure, information security, and business applications, and has effectively led global IT infrastructure and DevOps engineering functions. Throughout their career, Paul has achieved notable results such as establishing multiple data centers, transitioning to a customer-centric service delivery model, migrating to SAP, and introducing Agile delivery methods to speed time to market.

Paul Dowling holds a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from University College Dublin. Paul also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Science from the same institution.
