Sean Casady

Sean Casady has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sean recently joined Promethean in March 2022 as the Director of HRBP and DE&I. Prior to this, they worked at Redfin from 2018 to 2022, holding senior management positions in Talent Development and HR. From 2015 to 2018, Sean was an HR Manager at Booking.com. Before that, they served as an HR Director and Senior HR Manager at Trident Seafoods from 2011 to 2015. Sean began their career at PeaceHealth in 2009 as a Benefits Analyst and then worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Shell from 2007 to 2009.

Sean Casady holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organizations from Cornell University, which they completed in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2004. Sean has also obtained various certifications, including Coaching Foundations from BetterUp (expected in 2023), Design Thinking Certification from Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College (obtained in 2021), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM (obtained in November 2015), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in December 2010).
