Carl-Henry Fortune, MPH, MBA, MHA, PMP has over 14 years of experience in project management and health services. Following this, they sought to broaden their knowledge in the healthcare field, enrolling at the University of Maryland once again. From 2011 to 2013, they earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree, specializing in an undisclosed field of study.
