Lisa Ollar

Lisa (Ellington) Ollar is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in leadership and design across various industries. Currently serving as Creative Team Lead/Manager at Prometheus Federal Services since October 2021, Lisa manages a team of seven, contributing to proposal writing, design of digital and print collateral, and establishing efficient workflows. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Owner and Chief Creative Officer at Big Thinkery, providing fractional design leadership, and operated as an independent graphic designer and web developer through Lisa Ellington Design. Additional experience includes positions as Creative Director at MemberPath, Art Director at Indievision, Interactive Designer at Anode, Multimedia Developer at HealthStream, and Graphic/Interactive Designer at DSI LA. Lisa holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University, earned in May 1996.
