Michael Murphy has extensive experience in technology solutions and project management, currently serving as Director of Technology Solutions at Prometric since June 1997. Michael leads a global management team overseeing engineering, project management, and technical support for over 2,000 employees and 700+ retail test centers in more than 100 countries. Significant accomplishments include managing substantial investments in service delivery platforms, directing a multi-million dollar hardware refresh program, and implementing enterprise monitoring systems. Previous roles at Prometric involve various managerial and technical positions focused on helpdesk software, data center infrastructure, and logistics for mobile testing events. Prior to Prometric, Michael worked at CVS Pharmacy as a technician and served in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership skills were developed. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Towson University.
