Phil Poletti began their career at GE as a Six Sigma Quality Leader. In this role, Phil was responsible for identifying process improvements to reduce expenses and improve quality. After a year in this role, Phil transitioned to JPMorgan Chase where they spent the next 6 years as the VP of Customer Insights. In this role, Phil led a team of 11 VPs who were responsible for analyzing KPIs, forecasting, program effectiveness, customer analytics, predictive modeling, and market research. Under Phil’s leadership, the team was able to identify growth opportunities for the Small Business Banking division which increased revenue by $2B.
In 2006, Phil left JPMorgan Chase to join Credit Suisse as their VP of Operational Excellence. As the Master Black Belt at Credit Suisse, Phil was responsible for establishing Six Sigma within the Investment Banking business. Thanks to Phil’s efforts, the company was able to reduce expenses by more than 15%.
Most recently, Phil was with Monster Worldwide where they served as the VP of Business Planning & Analysis. In this role, Phil led a team of over 20 staff members who were responsible for marketing, planning & execution, budgeting & resource deployment. Phil also drove full-cycle direct marketing (CRM) activities including performance assessment and execution.
