Diana Silva

Diana Silva is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head Legal M&A at Promigas and a board member of the MIT Harvard Club de Colombia. Prior roles include leadership positions at Ecopetrol in New Business Development for M&A, as well as senior associate and advisory roles at prestigious firms such as Gómez-Pinzón and Proskauer Rose LLP. Academic qualifications include an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from Universidad de Los Andes. Silva began legal practice in Colombia with foundational experience at the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio and has developed a strong expertise in corporate law throughout a diverse career spanning over a decade.
