Chris Whitfield

Chris Whitfield has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Chris began their career in 1997 as a Field Sales Representative for Medtronic Sofamor Danek. In 2000, they became the Agent Principal and President of Sotex Spinal Products, Inc., an independent distributor for Spinal Concepts, Inc. covering Central and South Texas. From 2001 to 2002, they held the position of Senior Product Manager- Thoracolumbar Systems at Spinal Concepts, Inc. until it was acquired by Abbott Laboratories in July of 2003. Chris then became the Senior Director of Marketing at Abbott Spine. In 2008, they were the West Area Vice President of Sales at Zimmer Spine. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pioneer Surgical Technology. Chris then became the Chief Commercial Officer at Amedica Corporation in 2013. In 2018, they were the Director of Commercialization at TDM USA, Inc. and in 2019 they became the President and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Promimic, Inc.

Chris Whitfield graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Marketing.
