Keith Amen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies within the promotional products industry. Currently serving as Country Lead and CEO for Zinc Group (DBA Prominate, Inc) and Prominate since April 2021, Keith has a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Leaderpromos, Keith managed a $56M P&L and achieved a 94% retention rate through strategic realignment. Other notable roles include President of The Americas at ASL Global, where a culture of transparency was cultivated, Vice President of Operations & Enterprise Branded Solutions at ePromos, and Senior Vice President at Touchstone Merchandise Group, among others. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Race and Ethnic Relations.
