Josh Keeley

Josh Keeley is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and cyber security sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Trident Search, a global firm specializing in sourcing top talent in cyber security across North America and EMEA. Since January 2020, Trident Search has completed over 1,000 searches, establishing strong partnerships with more than 160 organizations. In addition, Keeley holds a Director Talent Acquisition role at Conversant Group and previously served as a Talent Partner at Intel 471. Prior experience includes founding a Cyber Security division at Blackthorn Trace and holding various recruitment roles at Huntress, as well as technical expertise as a Network Engineer at Bistech Group plc and military experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Royal Marines.
