Mike Oxley

Mike Oxley has extensive experience in the promotional materials industry, currently serving as the UK CEO and Deputy Chairman of the global Board of Directors at Prominate since April 2011. Oxley is also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Prominate, a global joint venture headquartered in London, which operates over 100 offices worldwide. Prior to this role, Oxley has been the Managing Director and Owner of Prominate UK (formerly Lesmar) since June 2001, where a focus on sustainability and innovative digital solutions has driven significant client engagement. Earlier career highlights include positions as an Account Manager, Sales & Commercial Director, and Territory Manager at Danone from June 2000 to May 2001. Oxley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the West of England, attained between 1993 and 1999, and completed secondary education at St Georges School from 1985 to 1992.
