James Maronde Jr., MBA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. James is currently working at Prominence Health Plan as the Director of Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant as a Senior Product Consultant I for five years, from 2016 to 2021. James also has previous experience at Network Health WI in a management role from 2014 to 2016.

James Maronde Jr., MBA, attained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. James'seducation journey continued as they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at the same university. From 2014 to 2018, James dedicated himself to expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of business administration through their MBA program.
