Melonie Richardson has a strong background in nursing and healthcare. Melonie started their career in 1997 at Carle Foundation Hospital, where they worked as a Registered Nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Center and Emergency Department. Melonie later transitioned to the role of APN, FNP-BC at Carle Physicians Group and Carle Heart and Vascular Institute. In 2014, they joined CENTER FOR YOUR HEALTH LTD as an APN, FNP-BC. More recently, they have been working at Promise Healthcare, Frances Nelson, SmileHealthy as a Family Nurse Practitioner since May 2019.
Melonie Richardson has a Master of Science (MS) in Family Practice Nurse Practitioner from the University of Illinois - Chicago, which they completed in 2003. Melonie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Illinois - Chicago, which they earned between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Parkland College in 1993-1994 for nursing science, and Southern Adventist University in 1992-1993 for general studies.
