Nicholas S. Isaac

Nicholas S. Isaac has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Residential Counselor at Downtown Emergency Service Center in 2009. Nicholas S. then worked as a Wellbeing Coach and Quit Coach I at Alere, Inc., managing a caseload of over 100 participants and developing SMART goals in various key outcome areas. Nicholas S. later joined GEICO as a New Business Fraud and TCR I Adjuster, investigating claims with disputed liability and suspected insurance fraud activity.

Next, they worked at Allstate as a Liability Determination Unit Adjuster, where they investigated liability in disputed accident scenarios and conducted first-call medical settlements. Nicholas S. then joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Sales Specialist and Mentor, consistently exceeding monthly sales goals and ranking fourth in Sales Variance for the entire sales market.

In 2018, Nicholas joined Big R Stores as the Director of Training and Recruiting before transitioning to Stock+Field as the Director of Human Resources and Training. In this role, they onboarded new HRIS, integrated a new LMS, and established a Leadership Development Program. Nicholas S. subsequently became the Director of Corporate Operations at Stock+Field, responsible for managing corporate operations.

In 2021, Nicholas joined R.P. Acquisition Corporation as the Training and Development Manager, overseeing the acquisition of Stock and Field and integrating new HRIS and LMS systems.

Currently, Nicholas holds the position of VP of Administration at Promise Healthcare, starting in 2023.

Nicholas S. Isaac completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Washington State University from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Touro University Worldwide.
