Nicholas S. Isaac has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Residential Counselor at Downtown Emergency Service Center in 2009. In 2018, Nicholas joined Big R Stores as the Director of Training and Recruiting before transitioning to Stock+Field as the Director of Human Resources and Training. In this role, they onboarded new HRIS, integrated a new LMS, and established a Leadership Development Program. Nicholas S. subsequently became the Director of Corporate Operations at Stock+Field, responsible for managing corporate operations.
In 2021, Nicholas joined R.P. Acquisition Corporation as the Training and Development Manager, overseeing the acquisition of Stock and Field and integrating new HRIS and LMS systems.
Currently, Nicholas holds the position of VP of Administration at Promise Healthcare, starting in 2023.
Nicholas S. Isaac completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Washington State University from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Touro University Worldwide.
