Sofia Fuentes

Sofia Fuentes is an experienced professional in the field of social services, currently serving as a Transitional Living House Case Manager at Promise House since August 2020. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as a Caseworker specializing in foster care at Samaritas from June 2016 to August 2020.
