Terry Darland

Terry Darland is a seasoned professional in the fragrance and cosmetics industry, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Grayson Company since 2023. As an Advisory Board Member for The Fragrance Foundation and a Board Member of Promise Project since 2018, Terry contributes valuable insights to both organizations. Previous experience includes independent consulting at Guidepoint and board membership at CEW. From 2008 to 2021, Terry held the position of President, North America at Parfums Christian Dior after serving as Senior Vice President, North America for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics from 2004 to 2008. An extensive career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. spanned from 1980 to 2004, where roles included Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Sales Manager for various brands.
