Jessica Riady Cho

Jessica Riady Cho is an experienced education and strategy professional currently serving as an Associate Partner at Promise Venture Studio, focusing on equity in Early Childhood Development. Prior roles include Chief of Staff at The Primary School, where strategic initiatives supported children and families facing adverse experiences, and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Oakland Unified School District, where a comprehensive three-year plan was developed to enhance services for English Language Learners.
