As the Founder and Principal of NEPW Consulting, Norie specializes in strategic growth and organizational design, with notable engagements including executive coaching for senior leaders and guidance on founding educational initiatives in Fort Worth, Texas. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Desmos Studio PBC, Managing Director of People & Finance at The Commit Partnership, and Chief Operating Officer at KIPP St. Louis, where Norie drove significant operational improvements and managed sizable budgets.
