Donna Tao

Donna Tao has held various roles throughout their work experience. Donna started their career at RBC as an Alternative Investments professional from February 2010 to May 2012. Donna then worked at Och-Ziff Capital Management as an Investor & Marketing Operations specialist from May 2012 to October 2014. Afterwards, they joined SoFi and served as both a Director in the Capital Markets division from November 2014 to June 2015 and as a Senior Director in Corporate Finance and Operations Strategy from March 2015 to December 2018. Following this, Donna worked at Apto Payments as the Head of Finance & Business Operations from 2019 to 2020. Donna then served as the Chief Financial Officer at LoanSnap from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Promise starting in 2023. Donna is also a member of the Operators Guild starting from 2020.

Donna Tao has completed the Stanford Business Leadership Series at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Donna also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
