Elias Kardel （古傑凱）

Elias Kardel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in software development and engineering. In their current role at promiseQ, they serve as the Co-Founder and CTO, overseeing the development of an innovative video intelligence and management platform. Elias manages a team of experts and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Prior to this, Elias was a Scholarship recipient at DAAD Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst and worked as a Senior Webentwickler at HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH. As a Freelancer, they led a proof-of-concept development project for a cloud-based application, implementing effective object labeling tools. Elias also gained experience as a Software Developer at HELLA Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH and as a Specialist Test Engineering at u-blox. Elias also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IZM Berlin and as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Fraunhofer Institut (IPMS). Elias started their career with an internship at Bosch Automotive.

Elias Kardel attended Technische Universität Dresden from 2012 to 2014, where they received a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nanoelectronic Systems. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they studied at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mikrosystemtechnik. In 2014, they also briefly attended National Tsing Hua University, specializing in the Nanosensing & Nanomanipulation Laboratory, though they did not obtain a degree during that time.
