Ian Murray

Ian Murray has held a variety of roles in the finance and customer success industries since 2010. Ian began their career at State Street as a Fund Accountant, where they were responsible for daily reconciliation and delivery of the Net Asset Valuation of client funds. Ian then moved to Capita Asset Services in 2012, where they held three positions: Account Manager, Supervisor, and Senior Fund Accountant/Analyst. In 2018, they joined Fenergo as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for renewals and account planning, roadmap engagement, demos/working groups, organizational engagement, onsite client days, and company updates. Finally, in 2020, they moved to Prommt as Head of Client Success and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, they worked at NUI Galway as a Researcher, Economics Tutor, and Web Designer.

Ian Murray completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Economics from the University of Galway from 2005 to 2008. Ian then completed a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Galway from 2008 to 2009.
