Lalit Gaikwad

Lalit Gaikwad is an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a solid background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of systems, including HPE Industrial Standard Servers, laptops, and desktops. Currently employed at ProMobi Technologies since April 2023 and previously at Mphasis from April 2022 to May 2023, Lalit has handled critical servers for major clients such as Facebook, NASA, and Apple, ensuring timely resolutions in SBD and NBD time frames. Earlier experience at Tech Mahindra involved addressing product-related queries and remote troubleshooting. Lalit holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, completed in 2016.
