Addie Cox

Addie Cox has held a variety of roles in the customer success, operations, and development fields. Addie began their career in 2012 as a student worker for the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at American University. Addie also held roles as a Front Desk Receptionist and a DC Reads Tutor at American University. In 2015, Addie Cox held a Summer Program and Development Intern role at The Esplanade Association. In 2016, they held a Senior Customer Success Manager, Premium role at Community Brands and a Development Associate role at The Esplanade Association. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have held roles at Promoboxx as Manager, Customer Success Operations, Team Lead, Customer Support & Operations, Senior Onboarding Specialist, and Onboarding Specialist.

Addie Cox completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University in 2016. Addie also earned a Minor in Communication from American University during the same time period. In 2014, Addie Cox studied International Relations and Affairs at the University of Exeter, earning a Bachelor's Degree from there as well.
