Anna Bazilenko has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and digital campaign management. Anna started their career in 2013 as a Copywriter (trainee) at Leo Burnett Group. Anna then worked as a Marketing Manager at AREDI, where they conducted marketing research, analyzed pricing and consumer preferences, and controlled advertising campaigns. After that, they joined MBA Strategy as a Marketing & Event Manager, where they were responsible for marketing and event management.

In 2014, Anna moved to MBA25 as a Marketing Manager and later joined Eda.ua as a Marketing Manager. Anna then worked as a Marketing Manager at lifecell Ukraine, where they supervised SMM and digital agencies for brand promotion and prepared creative briefs.

In 2019, Anna joined Promodo as an Account Relationship Manager and was later promoted to Account Managers' Team Lead. Anna'sresponsibilities included building client relationships, planning and executing work plans, participating in negotiations and sales presentations, and managing reporting and budgets. Anna also worked at Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board as a Digital Campaign Executive.

In 2022, Anna joined Promodo Academy as a Digital Marketing Lecturer and currently holds the position of Account Manager Team Lead Overseas at Promodo.

Anna Bazilenko started their education journey in 2006 when they enrolled in the Economic College of the State University "Kyiv National Economic University." Anna completed their degree as a junior specialist in the Finance and Economics department in 2009. After that, they pursued higher education at the Kyiv National Economics University, where they obtained a Master's degree from the Finance and Economics department, graduating in 2013.

In 2013, Anna attended the School of Visual Communication and completed a graphic designer program at the basic level, focusing on design. This marks their most recent formal education experience.

Additionally, Anna has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications such as "Agile Marketing Foundations," "Presenting to Senior Executives," "Communicating with Empathy," "Learning Google Data Studio for Marketers," "Be the Manager Who Fights for Their Team," "Business Analytics: Marketing Data," "Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training," "Google Tag Manager," "Professional Networking," and "Google Digital Workshop." These certifications were earned from institutions such as LinkedIn and Google, with the most recent certification obtained in October 2022.
