Bea López has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bea began their career as a Business Developer at Mapfre from 2005 to 2009. Bea then moved on to work at Groupon España, where they held various roles including Head of Customer Care for Spain and Portugal, as well as Head of Customer Care and Partner Management for the same regions. During their time at Groupon, Bea was responsible for managing operational activities, improving processes, recruiting and training agents, and overseeing payment services. From 2012 to 2017, Bea worked at PromoFarma by DocMorris as the Head of Operations for the European segment. In that role, they were in charge of logistics, customer service, and merchant service for several websites.
