Marc López Sorribas has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Marc started their career as a Software Developer at ALG ADVANCED LOGISTICS GROUP, S.A. in 2005. From there, they worked as a Software Engineer / Analyst Developer at Elecnor, S.A. where they were responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of system integration projects. In 2007, they joined Conzentra Tecnologías de la Información, S.L. as a Analyst Developer and later took on the role of Project Manager, leading teams and projects using Microsoft .Net technologies. In 2012, they became the Gerente de Operaciones y Soluciones at FHIOS Smart Knowledge, where they continued to lead teams and projects focused on Microsoft .Net technologies and web solutions. In 2014, they transitioned to Atrapalo.com, working as a Product Owner until 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Product at PromoFarma.com.
Marc López Sorribas pursued their education in the field of information technology. From 1999 to 2006, they attended the Facultad de Informática de Barcelona, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Superior Informática (Superior Computer Engineering). This program equipped him with a strong foundation in computer engineering.
Afterwards, Marc continued their educational journey at La Salle BCN, where they pursued a Master's degree in Gestión de las Tecnologías de la Información (Management of Information Technologies) from 2009 to 2010. This program focused on developing their skills and knowledge in the management of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).
In addition to their formal education, Marc also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2014. This certification indicates their proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, specifically in the role of a product owner within a Scrum team.
