Chin Kian Teck

Chin Kian Teck has a strong background in technical support and sales engineering. Chin began their career in 1999 as a Network Engineer at Segma Integration Service Sdn. Bhd., where they were responsible for presales activities and presentations. Chin then moved on to Pathology & Clinical Laboratory Sdn Bhd in 2004, working as an Assistant IT Manager overseeing computer networks and supporting hardware/software.

In 2006, Chin joined DVM Technology (Malaysia) Berhad as an Associate Presales Manager, where they led a team and provided technical/project consultancy for clients. Chin also took on the role of Network Engineer, handling presales responsibilities. In 2011, they became an Assistant Manager at M-Security Technology Sdn Bhd (M.Tech), overseeing technical support activities and maintaining relationships with Account Managers and engineers.

Chin joined Microtree (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a Technical Manager in 2015, where they continued their oversight of technical support activities and managed the relationship between Account Managers and engineers. Chin also monitored IT trends and evaluated new technologies. In 2016, they moved on to SecNeo Ltd as the Director of Global Technical Support, leading the technical support team, defining SOPs, and managing presales requests from international customers.

Most recently, in 2019, Chin became a Sales Engineer Manager at Promon, where they are responsible for managing the sales engineering team.

Chin Kian Teck obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Internet Technology from the University of East London, where they studied from 2006 to 2008.
