Gratiela Dumitrica has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 2011, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Roland Berger for the entirety of the year. In 2012, they joined the Romanian Cultural Institute as a Project Coordinator for five months.

From 2013 to 2017, Gratiela worked at Legba, Inc. as a Technical Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for online documentation, training presentations, product manuals, and technical diagrams. Concurrently, they also worked as an Independent Translator and Copy Editor, specializing in translation and copy editing tasks. In 2013, they also interned at Brill in the Religious Studies department, where they handled various responsibilities including a digitization project and creating marketing materials.

Moving to the online industry, in 2012, Gratiela served as an Online Editor for various platforms such as Appticles & Webcrumbz, Les Films de Cannes a Bucarest, and Yapp Reader. Their tasks involved writing articles on topics such as HTML5, online content, mobile apps, online strategy, and online publishing.

In 2017, Gratiela joined UiPath as a Marketing Communications professional, where they mainly focused on writing blog posts, news pieces, whitepapers, case studies, success stories, and solution pages. Additionally, from 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Product Marketing Content at UiPath.

Shifting gears in 2019, Gratiela moved to Ava Security, where they initially worked as a Marketing Manager and then transitioned into a Product Marketing Manager role. Their responsibilities included product marketing and management from 2019 to 2023.

Following their tenure at Ava Security, Gratiela joined Motorola Solutions as a Product Marketing Manager from 2022 to early 2023 before joining Promon as a Product Marketing Manager in 2023, where they are currently employed.

Throughout their career, Gratiela has held various marketing and communications roles, focusing on product marketing, content creation, and management.

Gratiela Dumitrica has a diverse educational background. Gratiela obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Book and Digital Media Studies from Leiden University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Publishing at the University of Bucharest from 2008 to 2010. Gratiela also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science in English, which they earned from the University of Bucharest in 2005-2008. In addition, they participated in an Erasmus program at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2006-2007, where they studied at the Facultad de Ciencias Politicas y Sociologia.

Gratiela Dumitrica has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Gratiela achieved PMC Level I and II certifications from Pragmatic Institute in August 2021. Gratiela also completed the Product Marketing Foundations certification from LinkedIn in October 2020. Furthermore, they hold a DELE diploma, B2 level, from Instituto Cervantes, which they obtained in April 2011. In February 2005, they obtained the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Most recently, in July 2021, they completed the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy.
