Prior to their current position, Neil held the same title at TPC Prestancia, The Dominion Club, and Cliffs at Glassy. With a background as Head Golf Professional at TPC River's Bend and TPC Myrtle Beach, Neil has established himself as a seasoned professional in the golf industry. Neil obtained a degree in Business Management from Barry College of Further Education in 1987.
