Randy Gonzalez is an accomplished Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PIM Brands since December 2024, focusing on fostering dynamic workplace cultures and leveraging technology to enhance business strategy and growth through innovation in Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to this role, Randy served as Managing Partner at Global Consulting Services Group LLC from March 2019 to December 2024, optimizing client value and driving transformation in large global programs. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company where Randy led Finance Transformation and Finance Operations from April 2013 to February 2019, successfully defining the vision for Finance processes. Additionally, Randy held the position of Head of Finance Transformation and CIO Finance and Administration at AIG from October 2007 to March 2013, overseeing the transformation of finance processes for Chartis Insurance. Randy began a professional career at Deloitte from October 1997 to October 2007, managing teams on various client engagements, including significant projects for major corporations.
