Joy Li

Joy Li is a seasoned UX/UI Designer currently working at PromoTix since January 2023, where responsibilities include iterating high-fidelity designs for web applications, conducting usability testing, and refining UX flows based on stakeholder feedback. Previously, Joy served as an Architect and Project Manager at AKAIA Architecture, leading hospitality project design processes and managing design documentation. An extensive career at Archilier Architecture involved developing conceptual designs, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and mentoring junior designers. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Designer at Development Design Group, Inc. and a Designer at Avanti Architecture. Joy holds a Master of Science in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tongji University, along with recent education from CareerFoundry.
