Sean Cullinan has had an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sean is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at PromoTix since November 2020. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer at Performance Sporting, where they developed the Football Gradebook system. Sean has also been a Board Member at Judith's Fancy Owners Association since May 2017, overseeing the security committee. Sean has served as the Public Information Coordinator at ARRL Virgin Islands Section since March 2018. Sean worked as a Consultant at Broadband VI, where they developed reporting and analysis tools leveraging Cambium's cNMaestro API. Sean had a long tenure with US Viking LLC, where they initially worked as a Consultant and later became the Chief Technology Officer. During their time at US Viking LLC, they played a central role in transitioning the legacy TV Newsroom platform and was part of the team that received an Emmy award. Additionally, Sean worked as a Consultant at Capax Global, automating the deployment of Outlook Add-Ins. Sean began their career as a Software Engineer at Associated Press, where they developed various ENPS products. Prior to that, Sean worked as a Systems Analyst at Perdue Farms, supporting the implementation of SAP and Manugistics and developing a flock grading system.

Sean Cullinan obtained a high school diploma from Eleanor Roosevelt High School between 1992 and 1995. Sean then pursued their higher education at Salisbury University from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Communications with a focus on TV Productions.
